The Sierra Nevada CRS Chapter has again earned the Chapter with a Heart Award for 2009

Our 25th Annual CRS Fashion Show in December was a “Silver Celebration” and was again acclaimed a beautiful show, giving us the opportunity to make a substantial donation to the “For Kids Foundation”.  This Foundation was created to provide financial aid and assistance to children with specific needs, such as medical, dental, mental health or educational services for which other resources are insufficient or non-existent. This program is continuing to be a safety net to fill the gap for children who do not qualify for help from other agencies. These children have a genuine, urgent need for help, and we are pleased to be able to contribute to their health and well-being.

This contribution will, hopefully, help support those children who are not able to help themselves.
